As the Official store of Navee, we want to make your return/exchange experience easy and worry-free. Below are our simple, customer-friendly return policies.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Apply within 30 days after receiving your order (no rush, we give you enough time to check).

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Customized products are non-returnable unless defective or wrong.


2. Simple Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service (email: support@navee.com; ) with your order number and reason.

  2. Get your return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions from us.

  3. Ship the product back ( We’ll cover all return shipping costs).

  4. We will process your refund or exchange within 24 hours after inspecting the product.


3. Refund Tips

Refunds go back to your original payment method (full product price, no shipping fee unless it’s our error). The refund may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account.



4. If You Get a Defective/Wrong Product

We will issue a full refund within 24 hours after receiving your returned item. We’ll cover all return shipping costs, and offer a full refund, replacement or exchange (your choice).
